The last few years have been a challenge for everyone. Trying to get this book out has been difficult for many reasons. Before Covid, I had two publishers go out of business, costing me several thousands of dollars.. Then, after Covid started and began winding down a bit I decided to hire a marketing company and the company turned out not to be honest an took my money and decided to stop communicating with me. Wow, it would seem that getting this book out may be more than it's worth, but not to me! I've been through way to many challenges in my life due to mental health struggles to let these things bury this book.
This book truly is what has kept me going through these last few years. Exercise is so vital for those of us that suffer from anxiety and depression. I know I can help others out there, simply by ordering this book and realizing they are not alone and that there are real practical ways to help get started with an exercise program.
So, with all that said, I will start to market the book again! I hope to help a lot of people like me, so if you buy the book and like it, please leave a positive review because that it how things are done these days.
I wish all of you better mental health!
A masterpiece blending examples of sound nutrition with well-explained exercises that are motivational for all ages in the midst of having a mental illness. This work breaks new ground and convinces the reader to achieve a lifetime of a healthier state of body and mind.

In his current book, he has not only made the topic of losing weight accessible but, attainable. He did it in his sensitive and sensible way.
